Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Display Engineer for a fully onsite contract in Spring, TX. The role focuses on reproducing, isolating, validating, and resolving display and docking issues across enterprise endpoints, including monitors, docks, cables, and graphics drivers.

You will lead complex investigations, build test configurations, and document findings for engineering teams to action. Strong independent troubleshooting and familiarization with display protocols are essential.

Qualifications

• Lead complex display investigations across enterprise endpoints.
• Develop repeatable validation plans for display and docking paths.
• Perform disciplined root-cause isolation using controlled tests.
• Validate DisplayPort, HDMI, USB-C video and related protocols.
• Document findings for engineering teams to act on.

Responsibilities

• Reproduce enterprise environments with representative test setups to mirror real conditions.
• Collaborate with product and R&D to verify fixes or practical workarounds.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop validation plans for single and multi-monitor topologies and high-refresh configs.
• Capture concise evidence packages including logs, screenshots and topology details.
