Software Technology, Inc. (STI) is seeking a Display Engineer to reproduce, isolate, validate, and resolve display and docking issues in enterprise endpoint environments.

You will work across monitors, notebooks, docks, cables, and firmware to build representative test setups and document findings for engineering teams. The role welcomes candidates from enterprise endpoint troubleshooting, display or AV integration, docking support, hardware validation, and technical escalation backgrounds.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE hands-on ability to reproduce and isolate display/docking issues in enterprise endpoints.
• Ability to define symptoms, reproduce scenarios, compare working vs failing setups, and change one variable at a time.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex display investigations and own end-to-end troubleshooting of issues like intermittent black screens, signal loss, and dock-to-display behavior.
• Reproduce enterprise environments with representative test configurations mirroring actual endpoints and peripherals.
• Use disciplined root-cause isolation with controlled A/B testing and structured test matrices.
• Troubleshoot the complete display path including DisplayPort, HDMI, USB-C video, Thunderbolt/USB4, cables, docks, and bandwidth constraints.
• Validate multi-display/topologies and test high-demand configurations and GPU-to-display workloads.
• Separate video paths from integrated peripherals by validating display, USB, webcam, and audio paths independently.
