Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in transportation, dispatching, logistics, or fleet operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Bucks County with navigation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch daily transportation services; monitor routes and adjust in real time.
• Coordinate vehicle assignments and maintain operational coverage; use dispatch software (Ecolane experience preferred).
• Safely transport passengers while delivering customer service.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure safety compliance.
• Communicate updates with drivers, customers, and management.
