Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timely pickup and delivery of customer orders within the assigned area.
• Direct and schedule drivers' work; notify assignments for on-time movement.
• Identify and resolve daily service and scheduling issues; communicate with customers.
• Monitor drivers' hours of service to prevent DOT violations.
• Maintain real-time data in dispatch systems and driver activity reports.
• Promote safety in all areas of dispatch.
