Job summary

Hallcon is seeking an on-site Operations Center Coordinator in Lenexa, KS to support driver trip coverage and client service. You will operate in a fast-paced dispatch environment, coordinating coverage and maintaining accurate records.

Ideal candidates have 2–4+ years in an operations center or call center, with strong communication and Microsoft Office proficiency. This role requires a 100% onsite commitment at our Lenexa command center.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years experience in dynamic, fast-paced operations center or call center environments.
• Excellent reliability and onsite attendance.
• Strong client service and phone communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated professionalism and business maturity in an office environment.
• Solid Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Asserts ownership for projects and assigned activities, meets deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and ensure timely coverage of driver trips.
• Optimize driver trip coverage options across multiple technology and dispatch platforms.
• Monitor trip accuracy and provide support where needed.
• Escalate issues to field operations or clients when appropriate.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in our internal systems.
• Communicate professionally with field management and other team members.
• 100% onsite working environment at our Lenexa, KS command center (this role is not a remote work environment role)
