Job summary

Hallcon Corporation in Lenexa, KS is seeking a proactive Operations Center Coordinator to coordinate and optimize driver trips and support field operations. This role requires strong client service, reliability, and professional communication in a fast-paced environment.

The position is 100% onsite at our Lenexa command center with opportunities for growth and stability within a nationwide transportation and infrastructure services provider.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in fast-paced operations center or call center.
• Excellent reliability and onsite attendance.
• Strong client service and phone communication skills.
• Demonstrated professionalism and business maturity in an office environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and ensure timely coverage of driver trips.
• Optimize driver trip coverage options across multiple technology and dispatch platforms.
• Monitor trip accuracy and provide support where needed.
• Escalate issues to field operations or clients when appropriate.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in our internal systems.
• Communicate professionally with field management and other team members.
• 100% onsite working environment at our Lenexa, KS command center (this role is not a remote work environment role).
