Job summary

Hallcon is seeking an on-site operations coordinator for our Lenexa, KS command center to support driver coverage, issue escalation, and client communications in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires 2–4+ years in operations or call centers, strong reliability, and excellent phone communication. You will maintain records and collaborate with field teams in a non-remote, onsite environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years experience in dynamic, fast-paced operations center or call center environments.
• Excellent reliability and onsite attendance.
• Strong client service and phone communication skills.
• Demonstrated professionalism and business maturity in an office environment.
• Asserts ownership for projects and assigned activities, meets deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and ensure timely coverage of driver trips.
• Optimize driver trip coverage options across multiple technology and dispatch platforms.
• Monitor trip accuracy and provide support where needed.
• Escalate issues to field operations or clients when appropriate.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in our internal systems.
• Communicate professionally with field management and other team members.
• 100% onsite working environment at our Lenexa, KS command center (this role is not a remote work environment role).
