Asure Software Inc. is seeking a Director of Operations and Site Leader for our Birmingham, AL office. You will oversee Payroll/HCM operations, drive client service levels, and manage cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, timely payroll and HR services.

The role requires strong leadership, 8+ years in payroll/HCM operations, and solid P&L oversight. Onsite work, competitive benefits, and opportunities to optimize processes are offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years managing Payroll/HCM Operations and systems.
• 5+ years of people management and leadership experience.
• 5+ years of P&L management and fiscal oversight.
• Strong reporting, analytics, and communication with clients.
• Experience with Mangrove, Paychex, ADP, or Workday systems.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the Customer Support/Payroll Processing and Distribution teams.
• Interview, hire and train staff on procedures, service quality and software systems.
• Coach and mentor staff to improve skills, product and system knowledge.
• Provide frequent feedback and monitor department metrics and SLAs.
• Coordinate client communications and ensure compliant data handling.
• Lead year-end projects and drive process improvements.
