Job summary

ANA is seeking a Director of Enterprise Process Transformation to own end-to-end business processes and unify architecture across ERP, CRM, and reporting platforms. The role focuses on process governance, cross-functional change, and system adoption to enable scalable growth in the US operations.

The onsite position in Henderson, NV reports to the VP of Finance and IT, with responsibilities spanning finance, operations, sales, and supply chain, leveraging Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, engineering, operations, information systems, or related fields.
• 10+ years leading enterprise process transformation, ERP architecture, and systems implementation.
• Proven success aligning ERP, CRM, and operational systems into a coherent model.
• Experience driving cross-functional change across multiple departments and systems.
• Strong data governance, governance, and enterprise reporting expertise (Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Map and document end-to-end workflows (Lead-to-Order, Order-to-Cash, etc.).
• Define system workflows across Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and related platforms.
• Establish governance for process creation, modification, and maintenance.
• Drive automation and standardization to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Train and enable leadership teams to adopt improved workflows within systems.
