The Constellation Culinary team in San Francisco, CA is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-profile dining account. You will oversee a skilled team, drive operational excellence, and ensure client satisfaction across all dining services.

You will manage budgets, staffing, compliance with safety standards, and vendor relations while maintaining exceptional service levels in a professional setting.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience coordinating food service operations.
• Previous experience with industrial cooking.
• Excellent communication with hourly staff and executives.
• Ability to manage in a diverse environment with client-focused service.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage all functions of the food service department and its resources.
• Lead and train a team of associates, including hiring.
• Ensure staff meet culinary, safety, and sanitation standards and regulations.
• Budget the department; purchase ingredients and meet targets/forecasts.
• Coordinate with district manager on dining service aspects.
• Address customer service needs and client expectations.
