Serve as the Digital Technology (DT) interface and liaison, representing DT at your respective campus(es) providing guidance, direction, and support as required. Engage with Site Leadership, Facilities, Operations and Program Management for demand planning and management around their needs for specific Digital services at the site. Review business requests for Digital service enhancements and undertakes cost evaluation, standards reviews, and prioritization. Monitor internal and external service providers to ensure they are performing to contractual requirements using Raytheon standards and processes; analyzing and acting upon Service Level Agreement (SLA) and metrics data to ensure customer service and customer satisfaction. Support DT Annual Operating Planning (AOP) forecast for the services provided, including all sub frameworks, capital planning and expenditures. Provide performance monitoring, oversight of local projects, escalation interface to suppliers and DT leadership as well as local site leadership. Represents Digital Technology as the accountable representative at the site to oversee site efforts to maintain compliance with Raytheon policy in unclassified digital environments, in collaboration with Digital Technology Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). Partner with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to support site compliance assessments and translate observations into actionable improvements. Represent Digital Technology on the Site Incident Support Team (SIST) and local Site Council. Partners with service owners to update and track compliance related improvement activities and work with the compliance working group and appropriate leaders to remove barriers to progress. Collaborate with service architects to discuss impact of new technologies and architecture roadmap. Support and Collaborate with the various Digital Technology teams, RTX Enterprise Services and other functional teams to help support the infrastructure and employees. Working knowledge of Project Management Methodologies, Earned Value Management (EVM), Agile Project Management, and efficiency improvement with LEAN Principles. Guides continuous improvement efforts. Communicate and drive adoption of DT Technology direction at the site. The ability to work independently and know when to engage key points of contact for support or handoffs. Balance multiple competing priorities to ensure business needs are quickly and reliably achieved consistently, economically, and intelligently. Will need to demonstrate solid and reliable judgment and decision-making skills. Understanding when, how to and whom to elevate issues to will be important to success in this role.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
