Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Digital Program Lead to own the DT roadmap and drive transformation across the SI SSBU. This on-site role requires leadership of program teams, collaboration across engineering, proposal, and leadership functions, and alignment with security requirements.

The ideal candidate brings strong Agile and PM experience, plus the ability to manage complex budgets, schedules, and regulatory compliance. Relocation to Tucson is possible for qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, MIS, engineering, math, STEM or equivalent.
• U.S. government Secret security clearance required; U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience in IT, software/systems engineering, and/or program management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as DT touchpoint for SBU Leadership, PM and Directors as strategic partner for digital transformation.
• Develop and execute a strategic DT roadmap focusing on opportunities, scope, cost and schedule performance.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and root cause analysis to solve complex DT program challenges.
• Manage metrics, financials, EVMS and staffing with regular status reports and reviews.
• Partner with engineering and proposal teams to capture requirements and create executable plans.
• Oversee the Program Annual Operating Plan, track spending and ensure regulatory compliance (DFARS, CMMC, RMF, JSIG).
• Direct DT resources and third-party collaborations to advance Agile initiatives and streamline procurement and technical solutions.
