Job summary

Ledgent Technology is seeking a Digital Sales Executive in Laredo, TX, onsite with a base salary of $60,000 plus uncapped commissions. You will own the full sales cycle, prospect nationwide, and transition closed accounts to a Marketing Account Manager to support activation and long-term success.

This role targets high-energy, KPI-driven sellers eager to grow a career in digital marketing and high-value consultative sales within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Make 50–75 outbound calls per day and conduct daily email/LinkedIn prospecting.
• Hold discovery calls to identify client needs and goals.
• Build and deliver digital marketing strategies customized for each client.
• Present recommendations across OTT/CTV, Audio, Social, Search, Display, DOOH, and more.
• Close deals and transition accounts to a Marketing Account Manager.
• Maintain a strong, organized sales pipeline in the CRM.
