Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a Digital Sales Executive in Hartford, CT to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You will generate new business opportunities and transition accounts to Marketing Account Managers for activation.

This role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses, with in-office or remote work options and ongoing training to grow in digital marketing and high-value consultative sales.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Generate leads nationwide and qualify opportunities.
• Conduct discovery calls to identify client needs.
• Develop digital marketing strategies tailored to each client.
• Present recommendations across OTT/CTV, Audio, Social, Search, Display, DOOH.
