Lancaster Farming is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive audience growth, engagement, and revenue across digital channels. You’ll lead email campaigns, CRM workflows, and content promotion to acquire subscribers and support advertising programs.

The role emphasizes analytics, automation, and cross‑functional collaboration with editorial teams. Onsite at our Ephrata, PA location with strong PTO, holidays, benefits, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• 5 years of digital marketing experience.
• Proven experience with email marketing platforms and campaign management, CRM platforms, and Meta Business Suite.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation and customer journey development.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive subscriber growth, readership engagement, and advertiser visibility.
• Develop newsletter strategies, promotional campaigns, drip sequences, and automated workflows.
• Segment subscriber lists for targeted communications and personalized content delivery.
• Analyze email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and engagement metrics.
• Maintain list hygiene and ensure CAN-SPAM compliance.
• Manage CRM platform (Go Highlevel): workflows, funnels, forms, landing pages, and lead nurturing campaigns.
• Monitor pipelines to support subscription sales, event registrations, advertiser leads, and retention.
• Generate reports and dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness and lead performance.
• Train internal staff on CRM processes.
