Job summary

WebFX, a full‑service digital marketing agency, seeks an on‑site Marketing Account Manager in Lancaster, PA. You’ll manage client relationships, develop data‑driven SEO/PPC strategies, and optimize campaigns for ROI.

Training and advancement paths are available as part of a growing team dedicated to digital marketing excellence. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, 1–2 years in SEO/digital marketing, strong communication, and familiarity with AI tools and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; all majors welcome
• GPA 3.4 or above
• 1 year SEO/digital marketing experience or 2 years in marketing
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Agency experience is a plus
• Proficient with Excel/Google Suite and AI tools
• Good understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Analytics, and HTML

Responsibilities

• Serve as partner and point of contact for a portfolio of clients, providing insights to drive digital marketing success
• Build long-lasting client relationships to maintain high retention
• Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies (SEO, AI visibility, PPC)
• Manage paid search budgets across engines for ROI
• Optimize client websites for on-page SEO and visibility
• Design web pages and ensure content and functionality are up-to-date
• Analyze campaign performance in GA and RevenueCloudFX to identify trends
• Interpret analytics and market data to update strategies
• Calculate ROI and present regular optimization reports
• Lead keyword research and competitive analysis
• Lead A/B and usability testing to improve conversions
