Lancaster Products is seeking a hands-on, part-time Digital Marketing Specialist to lead marketing for an industrial manufacturer from a remote home base in the Eastern time zone. This role emphasizes practical execution and data-driven decisions, with a strong writing component for technical audiences.

You will execute campaigns, develop content, optimize digital channels, and collaborate with the Marketing Manager to drive measurable results.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial or B2B marketing.
• Proven ability to execute campaigns, not just plan them.
• Strong writing for technical audiences.
• Familiarity with SEO and paid digital advertising.

Responsibilities

• Execute digital marketing campaigns across email, web, and social channels.
• Develop and refine campaign assets (emails, landing pages, ads, etc.).
• Create content for technical audiences including newsletters, website copy, brochures, white papers, and case studies.
• Coordinate and publish content on website and LinkedIn.
• Track, analyze, and report on KPIs, conversions, ROI.
• Support SEO and paid media efforts (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to generate new campaign ideas.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
• Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows (HubSpot, Marketo).
