Job summary

WebFX seeks an entry-level Marketing Account Manager to support client relationships and drive digital marketing campaigns from our Lancaster, PA office. You will collaborate on SEO, AI search visibility, and PPC strategies, manage budgets, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.

The role emphasizes strong communication, data-driven decision making, and a passion for web tech. On-site training and growth paths are available, with a focus on customer success and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, all majors welcome
• GPA 3.4 or above
• 1 year of SEO/digital marketing, or 2 years in a marketing role
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience at a marketing/advertising agency is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Serve as partner and direct point of contact for a portfolio of clients
• Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies (SEO, AI Search Visibility, PPC)
• Manage paid search budgets and optimize campaigns for ROI
• Optimize client websites for on-page SEO and improve organic visibility
• Lead design of web pages and ensure content accuracy
