Job summary

Diasorin is seeking an Internal Service Specialist I to provide service and support for diagnostic equipment, on-site in Stillwater, Minnesota. You will repair devices, perform QC tests, manage parts inventory, and document service activities while upholding regulatory and safety standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, hands-on repairs, and ongoing training to progress to more complex immunodiagnostic systems within a collaborative, global company.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience performing repairs.
• Experience with pipetting.
• Experience with preventative maintenance and troubleshooting per manufacturer manuals.
• Willingness to contribute to service process improvement.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair diagnostic equipment.
• Run quality control assays on devices.
• Enter and process service documentation in internal software systems.
• Manage spare parts and consumable inventory.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Collaborate with team and escalate issues as needed.
• Support regulatory compliance and safety practices.
