Job summary

Diasorin is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support Operations by maintaining and repairing production and facility equipment. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, calibration, and documentation to meet safety and quality standards.

You will read schematics, troubleshoot electrical/pneumatic systems, and collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering on validation and process improvements. On-site work 90%+ with occasional travel; strong emphasis on regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

H.S. Diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
Bachelor's degree or technical certificate preferred.
2+ years in manufacturing with hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, high/low voltage electrical, PLC troubleshooting.
1+ years electro-mechanical assembly and troubleshooting preferred.
1+ years experience with basic machine tools/fixturing preferred.

Responsibilities

Administer and execute Preventative Maintenance and Calibrations.
Maintain a professional manufacturing environment for Medical Device Manufacturing.
Develop and maintain Spare Parts program.
Read electrical/pneumatic schematics and process sheets to test and troubleshoot equipment.
Troubleshoot production equipment issues and document work.
Maintain equipment documentation and records in ERP system.
Assist with training of manufacturing staff on tooling and processes.
Assist with equipment validation and new method implementations.
