Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Desktop Technician to provide onsite technical support for end users in a fast-paced corporate environment in Baltimore, MD. The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting across hardware, software, and connectivity with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

You will support Windows 10/11, Office 365, AD/Azure AD, and device management tools, while engaging with executives and staff to resolve incidents within SLAs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of desktop or technical support in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of hardware, software, printers, and peripherals on Windows 10/11.
• Experience with ITSM/ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira Service Management).
• Experience supporting Office 365 apps and services; familiarity with AD, Azure AD and account administration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills delivering white-glove support.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite desktop support for Windows-based workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, printer, and network issues.
• Image, configure, deploy, refresh devices and manage assets.
• Install and maintain desktops, laptops, monitors, docking stations, printers, and related equipment.
• Support Office 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Troubleshoot VPN and authentication-related issues.
• Deliver white-glove customer service to employees and stakeholders.
• Respond to incidents and requests via the ticketing system within SLAs.
