Qualifications

• Associate degree or IT certification or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years in PC hardware/software diagnostics and repair.
• Experience with imaging, deployment or technology refresh projects.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support imaging, deployment, refresh, and lifecycle projects.
• Provide Tier 1 and 2 support deskside, remote, and walk-up.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, peripherals, and connectivity issues.
• Install and maintain desktop/laptop systems.
• Support VPN, email platforms, and business apps.
• Perform hardware upgrades and equipment setup.
• Document support activity and ensure timely resolution.
