Job summary

KellyMitchell Group is seeking a Desktop Support Technician in Amarillo, TX to support technology refresh and imaging initiatives while delivering Tier 1/2 support. You will troubleshoot hardware/software, maintain Windows workstations, and assist users to maximize productivity.

The role requires an Associate degree or IT certification with 1+ year experience in PC hardware/software diagnostics and imaging, plus strong communication skills.

Qualifications

1+ years in desktop support or equivalent
Experience with PC imaging, deployment, or refresh projects
Strong Windows OS and Office proficiency
Customer-facing support experience beneficial

Responsibilities

Support imaging, deployment, and refresh initiatives
Provide Tier 1/2 deskside, remote, and walk-up support
Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, peripherals, software, and connectivity issues
Install, configure, and maintain Windows workstations/hardware
Support MS Office, VPN, email, intranet, and business apps
Conduct hardware diagnostics, repairs, and upgrades
Serve as primary contact for service requests and incident resolution
Deliver timely, professional, customer-focused support
