Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–1 year of desktop support or related IT experience.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS.
• Experience with IT ticketing systems preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite Level 1 desktop and technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, OS, software, and connectivity issues.
• Set up and configure laptops, desktops, monitors, and other IT equipment.
• Install/upgrade operating systems and software applications.
• Assist with Windows/macOS deployment and imaging.
• Support Microsoft Office 365 and other standard apps.
• Troubleshoot VPN, antivirus, authentication, and apps issues.
• Document troubleshooting steps and ticket updates.
• Identify urgent issues and escalate when required.
• Travel between local client sites as needed.
