Job summary

Insight Enterprises is seeking an Onsite Desktop Support Technician to join our Savannah, GA team. You will provide hands-on desktop support for end users in a large enterprise environment, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, while delivering high-touch, white-glove service.

Responsibilities include hardware refreshes, troubleshooting across hardware/software/OS, and effective remote and onsite support.

Qualifications

3-5+ years of Desktop Support, Technical Support, or Help Desk experience.
Experience installing, configuring, and supporting Windows operating systems, desktop/hardware, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
Experience performing hardware deployments, refreshes, IMACs, and break/fix activities.
Experience working directly with end users in a customer-facing environment.
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, operating systems, and basic networking.
Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Citrix virtual desktop environments.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite desktop support for end users in a large enterprise environment.
Unpack, install, configure, and test desktops, laptops, operating systems, software applications, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
Support a world-class aerospace environment.
Perform hardware refreshes, deployments, and break/fix support.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, printer, and networking issues.
Manage and resolve support tickets while maintaining excellent customer service.
