Job summary

Nusenda Credit Union is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide entry level technical support for desktop services across the organization, with a primary focus on onsite service delivery and resolution of basic to moderately complex issues. You will support Nusenda Campus and branch locations by troubleshooting desktop hardware, operating systems, peripherals, and approved software applications.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of similar or related experience.
• Associates degree, or two year-degree or equivalent.
• Ability to troubleshoot desktop hardware and OS issues and document incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and end-user support for desktop hardware, operating systems and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderately complex desktop issues.
• Perform installations, upgrades, replacements, and repairs of endpoint equipment.
