Job summary

Nusenda Credit Union is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide entry-level technical support for desktop services across the organization, with a primary focus on onsite service delivery and resolution of basic to moderately complex issues. Qualifications

• One to three years of similar or related experience.
• Associates degree, or two year-degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and end-user support for desktop hardware, operating systems (Windows/MacOS), peripherals, and approved software applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderately complex desktop hardware, OS, peripheral, and software issues.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled installations, hardware and software upgrades, replacements, and repairs of endpoint equipment.
• Respond to and ensure all incidents and service requests are documented and updated in the ticketing system within internal service level agreements.
