Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in desktop or end-user support, systems support, or IT operations.
• Strong experience with Active Directory and Microsoft/Windows environments.
• Experience supporting Google Workspace/Google Suite.
• Experience with ServiceNow or another enterprise ITSM platform.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear communication, organization, and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support in an enterprise environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and end-user issues.
• Provide onsite technical support and travel to other Texas locations as needed.
• Support and administer technologies including Active Directory and Google Workspace.
• Assist with user account, identity, and access management activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge-base content.
• Participate in projects, including system implementations and upgrades.
• Follow IT service management processes and SLAs.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records and support asset management.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to improve service delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and training to users as needed.
• Follow workplace safety and operational procedures.
• Stay current with emerging technologies to improve systems.
