CAI seeks a motivated Desktop Support Specialist to elevate end-user computing and hardware management. The role is full-time and on-site in Minneapolis, MN, with a Monday–Friday schedule and on-site work expected.

You will handle hardware provisioning, software distribution, incident management, and daily IT support for executives and staff. Qualified candidates bring 3+ years in desktop support, strong AD and SCCM/ServiceNow skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of desktop support or similar role.
• 3+ years of experience with end-user computing hardware and software.
• Experience with AD, Office, and endpoint management tools.
• Experience using ITSM platforms for incidents and requests.

Aufgaben

• Install, configure, diagnose, repair, and upgrade desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Configure and refresh workstations and deploy software to end users.
• Coordinate equipment purchases, installation, and relocation with IT teams.
• Install and maintain network and telephony equipment as directed.
• Manage IT hardware lifecycle, recycling, and disposal per policy.
• Respond to ITSM incidents and service requests promptly.
• Educate end users on hardware/software usage and basic problem solving.
• Support mobile devices and limited personal devices per policy.
• Maintain professional interactions with staff and executives.
• Maintain IT assets in the ITAM system accurately.
• Follow security and confidentiality policies.
