Qualifications

• Experience with installation, troubleshooting, and repair in a Windows-based environment.
• Basic network troubleshooting skills.
• Strong customer service interface with users both remotely and in person.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support to agency users both remotely and on-site in Lexington, KY.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair software and hardware in a Windows environment.
• Diagnose and resolve basic network connectivity issues.
• Maintain a valid driver's license and assist with moving or lifting equipment as needed.
