Harvey Nash is seeking a knowledgeable Desktop Engineer/Support professional for an on-site role in Lexington, KY. The candidate will interface with agency users both remotely and in person, providing desktop support and high-quality customer service.

CABINET Eastern Field Services is looking for a knowledgeable Desktop Supporttechnician with a high aptitude for customer service in the Lexington area. Ourtechnicians interface with the agency users remotely and in person, so customerservice skills are as essential as technical skills. Qualified candidates mustmaintain a valid driver’s license and lift and carry heavy objects or work inuncomfortable positions for extended periods of time. Candidates must haveexperience related directly to desktop support (1-2 years minimum), includingbut not limited to installation, troubleshooting, and repair in a Windows-basedenvironment. The candidate also needs to possess basic network troubleshootingskills.

The office for this position is located at 455 Park Place, Lexington, KY.
