Job summary
Yakshna Solutions, Inc is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to support the Department of Veterans Services' PVCC in Warrenton, VA onsite. The role will involve deploying and maintaining IT hardware and software across the site and remote locations, with emphasis on service delivery and security.
The candidate will support Windows and Google ecosystems, manage tickets, and assist with network and device troubleshooting, while adhering to security practices and documentation standards.
Qualifications
- Proficient knowledge of installing, troubleshooting, administering Windows OS, Microsoft O365, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and IT assets.
- Doc changes to systems, update training and system documentation.
- A clean driving record and dependable transportation for occasional travel.
- Strong customer service and teamwork orientation.
Responsibilities
- Support PVCC IT program and PVCC hardware/software across site and remote Veterans Benefits sites.
- Provide IT administration and technical support for agency software/hardware systems.
- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot network devices (routers, switches, WLAN).
- Monitor performance and manage end-user tickets.
