Job summary

CompucomStaffing is seeking a Deployment Project Manager to join onsite in Juno Beach, FL, overseeing site refresh deployments and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployments from planning through validation.

Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills are essential. Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, and MS Project is preferred, with a focus on minimizing disruption across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project, program, deployment, or implementation management experience.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects and site deployments.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and interdependent workstreams.
• Working knowledge of network, server, cybersecurity, and infrastructure concepts.
• Experience planning site deployments, migrations, or infrastructure refresh programs.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party service providers.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of site refresh deployments through planning, execution, validation, and closeout.
• Coordinate concurrent deployments, managing priorities, schedules, and resources.
• Conduct readiness assessments and deployment planning reviews.
• Maintain deployment schedules, RAID logs, and status reporting.
• Coordinate activities across Infrastructure, Network, Cybersecurity, Engineering, and vendors.
• Manage deployment dependencies across sites, workflows, and milestones.
• Drive stakeholder engagement with Site Operations, Plant Managers, and sponsors.
• Escalate risks, issues, conflicts, and schedule impacts.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding, equipment delivery, and third-party resources.
• Facilitate deployment planning meetings, readiness reviews and status updates.
• Coordinate maintenance windows, cutovers, migrations, and deployment activities.
• Ensure governance, change management, cybersecurity, safety, and operational compliance.
• Perform post-deployment validation and lessons learned reviews.
• Report progress, milestones, risks, and resource utilization.
