Experience managing large-scale infrastructure rollouts, multi-site deployment programs, or regional implementation initiatives is highly desirable.

Utilize tools: Jira, IT Service Management (e.g., ServiceNow), MS Project, MS Visio, MS Office, other traditional project management tools to develop charts and graphs

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Coordinate multiple concurrent site deployments while managing competing priorities, schedules, and resource constraints.
  • Conduct site readiness assessments and deployment planning reviews to ensure successful execution.
  • Develop and maintain deployment schedules, resource plans, RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions), and status reporting.
  • Coordinate activities across Infrastructure, Network, Cybersecurity, Telecommunications, Engineering, Operations, and vendor teams.
  • Manage deployment dependencies across sites, vendors, technical workstreams, procurement activities, and program milestones.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement with Site Operations, Plant Managers, Engineering leaders, and program sponsors throughout the deployment lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for deployment risks, issues, conflicts, and schedule impacts.
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding, implementation planning, equipment delivery schedules, and third-party resources.
  • Facilitate deployment planning meetings, readiness reviews, status meetings, daily standups, and executive updates.
  • Coordinate maintenance windows, cutovers, migrations, and deployment activities while minimizing operational disruption.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, change management, cybersecurity, safety, and operational requirements.
  • Perform post-deployment validation activities and facilitate lessons learned reviews to support continuous improvement.
  • Track and report deployment progress, milestones, risks, resource utilization, and program performance metrics.
  • Promote collaboration across technical, operational, and business teams to ensure successful deployment execution.
Skills And Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of project, program, deployment, or implementation management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects, infrastructure deployments, site refreshes, or regional implementation programs.
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage interdependent workstreams across multiple organizations.
  • Working knowledge of network, server, cybersecurity, telecommunications, and infrastructure concepts sufficient to coordinate technical teams, manage dependencies, and support technical decision-making.
  • Experience planning and executing site deployments, migrations, technology implementations, cutovers, or infrastructure refresh programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, implementation partners, and third-party service providers.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with change management, governance, risk management, and issue resolution processes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP, PRINCE2, SAFE Agile, or similar project management certification.
  • Experience supporting large-scale modernization, infrastructure refresh, digital transformation, or technology deployment programs.
