CompucomStaffing is seeking a Device Deployment Technician to join our client's onsite team in Miami, FL. You will unpack hardware, install systems to default or custom specs, and verify proper functioning.

You will test configurations, complete installation documentation for warranty and billing, and follow customer specifications. The role requires CompTIA A+, Dell systems experience, Windows 10/11, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Windows 10.
• CompTIA A+ certification required.
• Experience with Dell systems and enterprise deployments.

Responsibilities

• Unpacks CPU, hardware, and software and installs to default or custom specs.
• Tests configured systems and troubleshoots errors.
• Completes installation documentation for warranty and accurate billing.
• Follows hardware/software specifications per provided instructions.
• Works with Lead Technicians on difficult configurations.
