Our client is currently seeking a qualified Project Manager to join their team onsite in Juno Beach, FL and provide end-user support.
This role is responsible for leading multiple concurrent site refresh initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring site readiness, managing deployment schedules and dependencies, and driving successful project execution from planning through post-deployment validation.
The Deployment Project Manager serves as the primary coordinator between Site Operations, Plant Management, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Telecommunications, vendors, and program leadership to ensure deployments are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with program objectives.
Success in this role requires strong leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. While technical knowledge is beneficial, the primary focus is on coordinating technical teams, removing roadblocks, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring successful deployment outcomes across numerous sites and workstreams simultaneously. Experience managing large-scale infrastructure rollouts, multi-site deployment programs, or regional implementation initiatives is highly desirable.
Utilize tools: Jira, IT Service Management (e.g., ServiceNow), MS Project, MS Visio, MS Office, other traditional project management tools to develop charts and graphs.
The rate for this position is between $24.00 - $32.00 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
