Würth USA is seeking a Supervisor I to support the DC Manager in Sparks, NV, overseeing daily warehouse operations and ensuring orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. This hands-on role emphasizes accuracy, safety, teamwork, and customer service in a fast-paced DC environment.

The Supervisor I will help lead warehouse employees, coordinate resources, maintain inventory integrity, and drive high-quality performance across receiving, packing, and shipping activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse or distribution center experience; supervision preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate warehouse staff.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the DC Manager with daily operations of the Distribution Center and cover in the manager's absence.
• Lead and support warehouse team members, fostering teamwork and operational excellence.
• Oversee picking, packing, shipping, replenishment, receiving, returns, and assortment processes.
• Ensure shipping accuracy and minimize short ships, mis-picks, and address errors.
• Maintain a QC accuracy rate of 99.90% or higher.
• Coach and train staff to improve performance and safety compliance.
• Assist with staffing and resource allocation, including temporary workers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and show-ready warehouse.
• Review and submit employee timecards and support invoicing.
