Job summary

Würth USA in Sparks, NV is seeking a Supervisor I to support the DC Manager and oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. This hands-on leader will develop staff, manage staffing and inventory integrity, and drive safety and quality in a high-velocity distribution center.

• Requires prior warehouse, distribution center, or logistics experience; supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to lead, coach, train, and motivate warehouse employees.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the DC Manager with daily operations and coverage in the manager's absence.
• Lead and support warehouse team members to foster teamwork and operational excellence.
• Oversee picking, packing, shipping, replenishment, receiving, returns, and assortment processes.
• Ensure shipping accuracy and minimize errors such as short ships and mis-picks.
• Maintain a QC accuracy rate of 99.90% or higher.
• Coach and train staff to improve performance.
• Assist with staffing and resource allocation, including temporary employees.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and show-ready warehouse.
• Review and submit employee timecards.
• Support timely shipment fulfillment and invoicing.
• Lead receiving and pre-pack areas and daily postings.
• Troubleshoot issues and identify process improvements.
• Provide updates and performance statistics to management.
