You'll support HR programs impacting Team Members and participate in projects across recruiting, onboarding, training, and compliance. Participants gain hands-on HR exposure, strengthen communication and leadership skills, and explore future opportunities within

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s in HR, business administration, management, or related field; rising seniors preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support HR programs and initiatives that impact Distribution Center team members.
• Assist with team member relations, recruiting, onboarding, training, and HR policies.
• Maintain workforce data and assist with compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with HR and Operations leaders in a fast-paced distribution center environment.
• Organize information, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
