Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, business, or related field; rising seniors preferred.

• Willingness to relocate to Pendleton, IN for the internship.

Responsibilities

• Support HR policies and ensure consistent application of employment practices.
• Assist with team member relations and workplace inquiries.
• Analyze workforce data and identify trends for improvement.
• Support recruiting for hourly and technical roles, including screening and interviews.
• Coordinate and assist with HR training and development activities.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Support safety initiatives and investigations across the DC.
