Job summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited is seeking a highly experienced Business Systems Technical Master for a DC government project. You will lead PeopleSoft HCM upgrade efforts, coordinate ERP integrations (Oracle Cloud/EBS/PeopleSoft FSCM), and ensure alignment with OCFO finance and budget modernization initiatives.

The role requires deep technical and business process design expertise, and a track record of delivering complex enterprise systems in government settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 16 years of PeopleSoft technical and functional experience.
• 16 years of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) experience.
• 16 years of requirements gathering and documentation.
• 16 years of Microsoft Office and PowerPoint experience.
• 16 years of overall PeopleSoft HCM knowledge.
• 10 years of PeopleTools knowledge.
• 15 years of Oracle SQL experience.
• Experience integrating with external finance systems such as Oracle Cloud, Oracle EBS or PeopleSoft Finance.
• Experience integrating PeopleSoft HCM with budget systems such as Hyperion or Oracle Budgets.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and define systems scope and objectives based on user needs and industry requirements.
• Provide subject matter expertise in PeopleSoft Payroll, Commitment Accounting, and Position Management.
• Analyze needs and translate them into system requirements specifications.
• Offer consultation across most phases of systems analysis with focus on business impact.
• Apply experience integrating ERP systems (Oracle Cloud, Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft FSCM).
• Demonstrate understanding of budgeting and position management in government environments.
• Develop data extraction, translation, and load programs.
• Leverage knowledge of SOAR and District finance systems when applicable.
• Apply experience with a U.S. Federal PeopleSoft installation when available.
