Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is hiring a Senior Program Manager for a DC Government client. You will lead the PeopleSoft HCM resource team, overseeing delivery, staff performance, and stakeholder coordination in a multi-disciplinary environment.

The role requires extensive experience managing PeopleSoft HCM engagements across Core HR, Payroll for North America, Time and Labor, and Benefits Administration, with a focus on consistent delivery standards and escalation handling between agency

Qualifications

• 16+ years of IT program and project leadership experience.
• Led PeopleSoft HCM engagements or teams covering Core HR, Payroll and Time and Labor.
• Experience delivering executive-level status reports and managing cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day management and performance oversight for the PeopleSoft team.
• Serve as primary escalation point between agency leadership, DCHR, and the PeopleSoft team.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across PeopleSoft HCM modules to align priorities.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for concurrent initiatives.
• Track team performance against SLAs and KPIs and drive process improvement.
• Facilitate status reporting to agency stakeholders on health, risks and milestones.
• Support requirements gathering, design review, and change management oversight.
• Manage staffing, onboarding, and succession planning for the team.
