Everforth Apex is seeking a Data Specialist in Las Vegas to manage inventory, perform data analysis, and support daily operations in a heads-down, focused role. The candidate should excel at handling large datasets and work independently with strong Excel skills.

Experience with forecasting inventory, working with PMS, and some SQL knowledge is preferred. The role is on-site initially with provided equipment and growth opportunities within Everforth Apex.

Qualifications

• Experience handling large datasets in a focused, independent role.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs; familiarity with macros concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and day-to-day operations.
• Forecast and reforecast inventory levels.
• Work with PMS and third-party exchanges.
• Analyze mass data and perform data entry as needed.
