Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Revenue Analyst in Las Vegas to support the Regional Revenue Manager. The role centers on heavy data entry, rate changes, and ensuring information accuracy across systems during a major acquisition and system integration project.

You will work with tools like Hilton On-Q RNI and participate in UAT for migrations while building rate plans and reviewing policy details. Strong Excel skills and hospitality experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in hospitality-related roles (reservations, front desk, inventory control, or revenue management).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with pivot tables and graphing.

Responsibilities

• Support Regional Revenue Manager by preparing spreadsheets and data for approval.
• Perform heavy data entry for rate plans, groups, and building room blocks.
• Implement rate changes for future booking periods with peak/non-peak pricing.
• Manage rates, room types, and cancellations in internal systems (e.g., Hilton On-Q RNI).
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for migrations (Voice to Clarity) and new enhancements.
• Prepare workbooks with rates, cancellation and deposit policies.
• Review and audit automated reservation delivery weekly for rate accuracy and guarantee codes.
• Support automated inventory, rates, and reservations delivery between resorts and external partners.
