We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Specialist for a position in Las Vegas. This role is responsible for managing inventory, performing data analysis, and supporting day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker who can work independently with large datasets in a computer-focused environment. This is a heads-down role requiring a high degree of focus, and individuals must be coachable and open to feedback.
Experience: Candidates must have experience working with large datasets for extended periods. This role requires individuals who are comfortable working independently in a focused, heads-down role with minimal social interaction. Candidates must be able to pivot, handle a degree of chaos, and remain resilient in a role where challenges are a part of the learning cycle.
Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel is required, including proficiency with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs. Candidates should understand the concepts behind macros and be adept at problem-solving within Excel.
This role is fully onsite, particularly during the training period. All necessary equipment, including a laptop, will be provided. The position requires the ability to work independently with a high degree of focus.
