Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional data entry experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Comfortable working onsite five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update purchase orders, confirmations, and sales order documentation.
• Manage work orders and reporting.
• Update and maintain data in Sage, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Maintain electronic records and documentation.
• Support inventory, receiving, and operational activities.
• Assist the Operations team with administrative tasks.
• Provide occasional phone support.
• Partner with Purchasing Agents to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
