Job summary

Amazon seeks a Data Center Project Engineer to join our on-site Construction Management team. You will coordinate communication among general contractors, internal teams, and stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and documentation for data center builds.

You will maintain tracking dashboards for design changes, RFIs, and change orders, onboarding vendors, and updating schedule milestones. Daily on-site interactions with construction managers are expected to support fast, high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• On-site coordination with data center teams.
• Experience coordinating contractors and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage RFIs, change orders, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Establish communication across data center region contractors, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain a design changes, RFI, and change order tracking system with dashboards.
• Onboard new vendors for security and site access.
• Update project management software with milestones, correspondence, and docs.
• Monitor delivery of owner-furnished materials to site.
• Compile and store construction data from vendors.
• Manage checklists including substantial completion, safety, and quality.
