QTS Realty Trust is searching for a Development Project Manager based in Van Wert, OH. This role leads and manages design and construction activities for data center projects, requiring effective communication with stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and five years of experience in commercial construction. The position involves on-site responsibilities 4 days a week and may require up to 30% travel.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in commercial construction practices.
• Experience with Lump Sum, Construction Management @ Risk, and Design Build.
• Ability to be on-site 4x per week.
• Ability to travel up to 20-30%.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects and maintain updated budgets and schedules.
• Create monthly updates on project status for executive level reviews.
• Evaluate and level pricing proposals for design and construction services.
• Ensure appropriate site construction security procedures are established.
