QTS Data Centers is seeking an on-site Development Project Manager to lead design, preconstruction, and construction on key data center sites in West Texas. You will collaborate with Facilities, Engineers, and Vendors to drive scope, budgets, schedules, and quality.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Science or Engineering or equivalent experience, 5+ years in commercial construction, and strong communication skills. Occasional travel and daily on-site presence are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in commercial construction management with various delivery methods.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel for executive updates and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, preconstruction, and construction activities on multiple campus projects.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and status reports.
• Coordinate with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, and Vendors.
• Prepare monthly program updates for executive reviews.
• Manage entitlement, permitting, and site development plans.
