Job summary

Black Box is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple construction projects, including data center work, ensuring on-time delivery and profitability. You will direct a project team, manage budgets, and maintain client satisfaction across complex initiatives.

The role requires extensive construction management experience, strong leadership, and a focus on safety, cost control, and quality. On-site work with travel expectations and close collaboration with stakeholders will be essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Associate degree in construction-related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive construction management experience.
• Experience managing data center or mission-critical infrastructure projects preferred.
• PM oversight across multiple projects with strong budgeting skills.
• OSHA-30 or higher certification is preferred within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall direction, completion, and financial outcomes of multiple projects.
• Lead and manage a project management team.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost reports.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with company policies and client requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to maintain on-time delivery and within budget.
• Communicate progress and performance metrics to stakeholders.
